About Us
Ample Lands was born out of Investors Club Advisors, building on decades of experience in real estate appraisal, real estate sales, construction, development, and project management.
We recognized a growing need among buyers who are not simply looking for an existing home, but are searching for the right piece of land with the potential to become something more — a private retreat, a vacation home, a short-term rental property, a second-home destination, or a long-term real estate investment.
That vision became Ample Lands.
Today, Ample Lands focuses on Upstate New York, with particular emphasis on the Catskill region, including Sullivan, Ulster and Delaware Counties. We help buyers and investors identify land that fits both their immediate goals and their long-term vision.
Our approach goes beyond a traditional land transaction. We assist clients with land acquisition, property research, preliminary feasibility analysis, zoning and development considerations, site potential, and development planning. For clients who intend to build, our experience in construction and project management allows us to help bridge the gap between acquiring the land and transforming it into a completed property.
Ample Lands is led by Vakhtang “James” Mumlauri, who brings more than 20 years of experience across real estate appraisal, real estate sales, construction, development, and project management, along with a master’s degree and extensive hands-on experience evaluating properties and managing projects from the initial land stage through construction and completion.
Together with experienced professionals and team members, Ample Lands draws on more than 50 years of combined industry experience across real estate, appraisal, construction, development, and property management.
